How to connect with HolidayCheck API for direct reply
In order to reply directly to HolidayCheck reviews from the Customer Alliance platform, the hotelier must add the API key to the Customer Alliance platform.
Instructions
How to add API key at the single level
Go to Portal accounts
Click on “Connect with HolidayCheck”
Click on “Get API key”
Login to HolidayCheck Business Center
Generate the API key as per these instructions:
Paste the API key on the Popup
Click on “Connect”
Once, successfully connected, it will look like this
How to add API key at the chain level
Go to Portal accounts
Expand “HolidayCheck”
Choose the account you want to connect and Click on “Connect”
Click on “Get API key”
Login to HolidayCheck Business Center
Generate the API key as per these instructions:
Paste the API key on the Popup
Click on “Connect”
Once, successfully connected, it will look like this
